| In 1994, I joined another private club, appropriately named a Golf
Club,and not a country club. Its initiation fees are $2,400 and
monthly fees of $135. In addition to this, the range fee is $90 per
year and the Mens Golf Association is $40. Carts, if you have one,
are $25 per month or $300 per year. |

lol .... another informed opinion. for you the womens golf may provide
entertainment but dont for a second delude yourself into thinking any of
the women are as good as the men. put them on the same courses under the
same conditions and ill guarantee on the pga tour or even the buy.com tour
even the best women would not make a cut all year. and of course your right
the men also have the same mishits. its only that in watching one day of
womens golf i saw the equivalent number as ive seen watching say the last
10 years or so of mens golf. |

I just attended a Golf and Greens Committee meeting representing the Mens
Golf Assoc (180 members).. The key issue on the agenda was special
interest play. By this I mean: Mens Golf Assoc. , Saturday Ladies, 19
Hole Ladies, Mens Seniors etc. Looking at our calander, I count 107 golf
dates scheduled. Member/Guest, Member/Member, Mens Champ. Ladies Champ.
Senior Mens Champ. plus a host of other club sponsored. This in in addition
to the special interest groups. The mens group is allocated 3 saturdays
per year, April 14, Sept. 15 and Nov 3. (one shotgun out of the 3). The
ladies sat have 3 tee times 8 times a year commencing in May. In regards to
private clubs (specificly CCA courses) what are the policies and practices
at your club?

| Who cares about College baseball anyway? Hell, Miami doesnt participate
in lots of sports sponsored by the Big East, such as Field Hockey, Mens
Golf, Soccer, Softball, and Womens Volleyball. |
